Shipping & Receiving Associate
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team! This role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments who enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the shipping and receiving of products, materials, and supplies
- Load and unload trucks and deliveries in a safe and timely manner
- Scan, track, and update shipments using RF scanners and inventory systems
- Sort, stock, and organize incoming inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and daily logs
- Communicate with drivers, vendors, and internal teams
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe (5S standards)
- Provide support across shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations as needed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 6+ months of warehouse, shipping/receiving, logistics, or retail experience preferred
- Experience with RF scanners or inventory systems is a plus
- Forklift experience preferred (certification required within 90 days)
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
