Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you’ll guide clients from initial inquiry to signed contract, helping them envision their big day at one of our venues.

• Convert inquiries into venue tours and tours into booked weddings
• Respond promptly to all client emails, calls, and inquiries
• Conduct venue tours and deliver exceptional follow-up
• Customize proposals based on each couple’s vision
• Negotiate contracts within company guidelines
• Secure deposits, contracts, and payment plans
• Upsell and cross-sell services and enhancements
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Maintain accurate client records and reporting
• Attend tastings, open houses, and promotional events
• Collaborate closely with Event Producers to ensure seamless client experience

• Minimum 2 years of sales or event industry experience (wedding experience preferred)
• Energetic, confident, and persuasive communicator
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Caterease experience a plus)
• Knowledge of wedding traditions, religious, and cultural customs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Highly organized, outgoing, and client-focused
