Public Accounting Recruiter in New York, New Jersey & Connecticut

A Tax Accountant role in East Brunswick, NJ where busy season tops out at 55 hours. No autumn sequel. Normal hours for the fall deadlines. People are trusted. Most come in around three days a week because they want to, not because a policy says so. The work is properly broad: 1040, 1120s, 1065 prep and some review. Plenty of industries.

No narrow silos. No career cul de sacs. The partnership story matters too: several partners nearing retirement and a younger group in their forties stepping up. This firm is growing deliberately rather than waiting to be swallowed.

Compensation sits between $75,000 and $90,000. You get paid time and a half for any hours worked over 40. Best suited to someone with two to five years in a CPA firm who quite likes tax but would like to like their life as well.
