The Tone:
This is a fall internship at Withum, located in various in‑person office locations, running from September through October. • Pay: $25-$38 hourly
• Team:
  Part of the auditing team, supporting a dedicated group of professionals
• Mission:
  To assist the auditing team with financial reviews, data analysis, and compliance checks, gaining hands‑on public accounting experience.

• Analyze:
  Analyze and review client accounting records and financial statements.
• Evaluate:
  Evaluate internal control systems, audit risk, materiality, and compliance with auditing standards through inquiry, observation, and review.
• Prepare:
  Assist in preparing detailed work papers supporting audit procedures.
• Perform:
  Perform substantive testing and analytical review procedures.
• Support:
  Assist with client engagements and other assigned projects.

• Background:
  Junior or Senior Accounting Major or Business related, OR MBA Candidate in an Accounting track program.
• Experience:
  
  Must be able to work a minimum of 20-40 hours per week. Ability to commute to one of Withum’s office locations.
• Skills:
  
  Excellent interpersonal and computer skills.
• Bonus:
  Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
