construction - plumbing inspector (i.c.s. Or h.h.s.)
the township of east brunswick is accepting applications for a part-time and full-time plumbing inspector within the division of construction inspection. The successful candidate will perform a variety of duties to inspect building work on new and existing commercial, industrial and residential buildings and structures to enforce compliance with all building safety laws and codes.

knowledge, skills, & abilities: considerable knowledge of the n.s.p.c. Code along with all state and local regulations that may apply. Must have a knowledge of computers. Must be able to read, write, communicate and understand english sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.
Experience:
experience preferred, not required.
education: high school diploma.
licensing & certification: valid nj driver’s license. Candidate must possess, at minimum, a plumbing inspector’s license, industrial and commercial structures (i.c.s.) issued by the state of new jersey.
