Construction Superintendent (9-Week Contract-to-Hire)

We're hiring an experienced Construction Superintendent for a critical 9-week contract assignment supporting a large-scale healthcare and industrial construction project. In this position, you'll be the driving force behind day-to-day field operations, leading subcontractors, coordinating multiple trades, enforcing rigorous safety standards, and ensuring the project stays on schedule. You'll oversee complex construction activities in an active, highly regulated environment where planning, communication, and field leadership are essential to success. Superintendent or site supervisor experience on industrial, pharmaceutical, healthcare, commercial, or institutional construction projects

Strong background managing subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and field coordination

Proven commitment to safety, quality, and project execution

Experience working in complex, occupied, or highly regulated environments preferred

Ability to hit the ground running and lead from day one

This is a contract position based out of East Brunswick, NJ.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $60.10 - $64.90/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
