Position: Full-Time

Lens Crafters, part of Essilor Luxottica, is a global leader in eye care. We seek an Independent Doctor of Optometry employed or contracted by a Lens Crafters Subleasing practice as an Associate Optometrist.

Luxottica operates the optical dispensary while the Affiliated Doctor operates the office and provides high‑quality optometric care. Pay, hours, and terms of agreement are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing Doctor.

• Professional autonomy to care for patients
• Full scope of practice based on your professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor (no company‑imposed restrictions or quotas)
• Flexible scheduling options, including part‑time commitments or the ability to add work to an existing practice schedule
• Fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment, including Clarifye digital eye‑examination technology
• Many offices provide a Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System with full tech and pre‑testing support
• Automated online appointment book and patient recall system
