Daycare Teacher – Help Children Build the Skills for Preschool Success

The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a caring and energetic Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Working with children who are preparing for preschool, you'll help foster independence, communication, and confidence through engaging, hands‑on learning experiences.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys guiding young learners as they transition from toddler hood into a structured classroom environment while making learning fun every day.

• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom for Prepper-aged children
• Lead age-appropriate activities that encourage language, early literacy, creativity, and problem-solving
• Help children develop self-help skills, confidence, and independence
• Support daily routines, transitions, meals, and outdoor play
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
• Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets all licensing and safety standards
• Collaborate with center leadership and teaching teams to provide exceptional care and education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience working in a childcare, daycare, preschool, or early childhood setting preferred
• Passion for helping young children learn and grow
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus
