Montessori Teacher- Toddler-8th grade

Netivot, a Montessori school in East Brunswick, NJ, seeks Montessori trained teachers for all levels (toddler-8th grade) for the school year 2025-26.

Candidates must exhibit strong communication skills, have a collaborative, team player mindset, and an intrinsic respect for children. Must have previous experience working in Montessori environments.

Responsibilities include teaching all curricular areas as part of a team with a co-teacher; presenting all lessons using approved Montessori techniques; recording and reporting on the progress of all students; managing a classroom of 15-20 students using positive discipline; meeting with other team members on a regular basis and maintaining strong team communication; communicating with parents and with supervisors as necessary.

Candidates should hold or be in the process of completing teacher certification from a MACTE accredited training program.
