Netivot, a Montessori-based yeshiva day school in East Brunswick, NJ, seeks Judaic Studies teachers for the school year 2025-26. Openings in Early Childhood (3-5 years old), Upper Elementary (4th-6th grade) and Middle School (7th-8th grade).
Candidates must exhibit strong communication skills, have a collaborative, team player mindset, and an intrinsic respect for children.
Responsibilities include teaching students all aspects of Judaic Studies as part of a team with a General Studies co-teacher; presenting all lessons using approved Jewish Montessori techniques; recording and reporting on the progress of all students; managing a classroom of 15-20 students using positive discipline; meeting with other team members on a regular basis and maintaining strong team communication; communicating with parents and with supervisors as necessary.
Candidates must be available to participate in Jewish Montessori training at Netivot during the summer of 2025.
