Location: The Learning Experience – East Brunswick, NJ

Pay: $17–$18 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – East Brunswick is seeking a caring and dependable Early Childhood Education Teacher to support our Twos classroom. This role focuses on helping young learners build independence, communication skills, and social-emotional confidence through structured routines, hands‑on learning, and engaging classroom experiences.

This position is ideal for educators who enjoy working with energetic young learners during an important stage of early development.

• Support daily classroom routines for 2-year-old children
• Implement developmentally appropriate learning activities and classroom centers
• Encourage language development, independence, and positive social interaction
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
• Guide children through transitions including meals, rest time, and group activities
• Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom updates and milestones
• Collaborate with teaching team members and center leadership
• Follow all New Jersey childcare licensing requirements and center policies

• High school diploma required
• Prior childcare experience preferred
• Experience working with toddlers or twos a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable, patient, and nurturing approach to working with children
• Must meet New Jersey childcare licensing requirements
