Artheon is seeking a skilled and motivated Associate Civil Engineer to join our team in Neptune, NJ
. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects in land development, infrastructure design, and municipal engineering. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, creativity, and a collaborative spirit to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Responsibilities- Develop civil engineering designs, including site layouts, grading, drainage, utilities, and roadways using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D).
- Prepare and submit permit applications to local, state, and federal agencies, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
- Work closely with project managers, surveyors, and other engineering disciplines to deliver comprehensive solutions tailored to client needs.
- Create engineering reports, feasibility studies, and calculations to support project design and decision‑making.
- 1–3 years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably in land development or municipal projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant engineering software; knowledge of stormwater management software is a plus.
- Engineer‑in‑Training (EIT) certification required;
Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus or willingness to obtain one. - Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
