We are seeking fresh engineering graduates to support transportation and infrastructure construction projects across highways, bridges, and airports. The successful candidate will perform field inspection and office engineering duties, including interpreting construction plans and specifications, overseeing materials testing, reviewing documentation, and preparing reports. Experience with NJDOT or NJ Turnpike Authority projects is highly desirable.

This is an on‑site position requiring daily field presence. The role involves outdoor work in varying conditions and flexibility to accommodate night shifts and occasional weekend assignments based on project requirements.
