RequirementsCandidates should have 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering design, preferably in land development or municipal projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification are required, with a Professional Engineer (PE) license being a plus.
