GFT is seeking a Senior Highway Designer to lead roadway engineering efforts on complex transportation projects in New Jersey. You will own design tasks, prepare plans, and guide multidisciplinary teams while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with permitting agencies.
The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 4+ years of highway design experience, and proficiency in Micro Station/Open Roads. NJDOT/NJTA experience is preferred. Hybrid work arrangements are available.
