Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time on‑site role for a Senior Tax Preparer / Tax Team Lead, located in East Brunswick, NJ. The role involves leading and managing the preparation and review of individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws. Responsibilities include providing guidance on tax planning strategies, reviewing client financial statements, researching tax issues, and mentoring team members.
The Senior Tax Preparer / Tax Team Lead will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction while contributing to the organization’s growth.
- Expertise in Tax Preparation and Tax Law
- Proficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements
- Strong background in Tax and Finance
- CPA certification preferred
- Prior experience in tax preparation, business advisory, and multi‑state compliance is advantageous
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on‑site environment
