Overview
This role at Bank of America engages clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources (mobile banking, online banking, or ATM). The position emphasizes accurate cash handling, client conversations to understand financial priorities, and connecting clients with appropriate solutions to meet financial goals.
Responsibilities- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of clients and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
- Drive the client experience and manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and results orientation; acts in the best interest of the client.
- Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships.
- Shows passion, commitment, and drive to deliver an experience that improves clients' financial lives.
- Confident in identifying solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.

- Educates clients on conducting simple banking transactions through self-service technologies (e.g., ATM, online banking, mobile banking).

- Follows established processes and guidelines to act in the best interest of the client and the bank, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Efficient time and capacity management; results-focused.
- Must be able to work weekends and/or extended hours, which may include being scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of financial products and solutions.
- One year of demonstrated successful sales experience in a salary-plus-incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, or finance).

Compensation and Benefits- Pay range: $25.00 - $26.77 hourly. Offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.
