Asan Behavior Technician, you will work directly with children with autism in the home, school, or clinic setting. This role is a hands-on behavior technician position where you will implement aba therapy programs and help support meaningful progress.

• Provide aba therapy services as an aba therapist under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
• Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols
• Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life
• Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team

• At least 18 years of age

• Willingness to complete training requirements for the registered behavior technician role (if not already certified)
