We are looking for a Full-Time HR & Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and office management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, preferably with experience in a New Jersey-based company. This role requires a proactive and organized individual who can manage HR functions, support employer relations, and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and experienced HR & Office Manager to join our team and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources Management- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking.
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably with a New Jersey-based company.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software (ADP Workforce, ADP Run, or Heartland) and Microsoft Office Suite.
