HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing HR data, optimizing people systems, and improving business processes through analytics and automation. This role serves as the bridge between HR, Finance, Payroll, and Total Rewards, ensuring workforce data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.
ResponsibilitiesMapping workflows, analyzing data using Excel, identifying process improvements, and leveraging AI and automation tools to reduce manual work are key responsibilities of this role. The HRIS Analyst will regularly translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization.
