Bold Age PACE in New Jersey is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in the PACE clinic. Under supervision of the Clinic Practice Manager, you will administer medications, implement orders, educate participants and caregivers about the care plan.
You will work with the interdisciplinary team to plan interventions, document care, perform blood draws as needed, and support daily clinic operations.
