Job Summary:
Full‑time Retail Supervisor responsible for overseeing and directing retail associates within assigned territories, ensuring client and customer standards are achieved, and collaborating with business development managers, brands, and store managers to meet business objectives.
- Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute all retail projects.
- Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set per schematics.
- Establish and maintain client relationships, schedule calls, and oversee call coverage.
- Consistently monitor and regulate expenses to meet budgetary standards.
- Provide accurate and timely communication, administrative duties, and coaching to direct reports.
- Ensure placement of new items in all authorized stores.
- Authorize items to meet client shelf schematic standards.
- Complete accurate paperwork and reporting: recaps, itineraries, timesheets, expense reports.
- Hire, retain, train, coach, guide, and develop direct reports using company processes.
- Associate’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organization, detail orientation, and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to frequent changes, and meet competing deadlines.
- Essential duties involve travel and driving up to 30% of the time.
- Spend over 66% of the workday engaging in physical activity, lifting or pushing up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, and occasionally working in refrigerated/freezer conditions.
