Do you have a passion for plants and gardening and enjoy working outdoors? The Simply Set team has an exciting opportunity for you!
Responsibilities- Display, merchandise, and maintain live plant products in large garden center environments
- Train and support other associates on procedures, displays, and proper watering practices
- Engage with customers and provide assistance as needed
- Work across multiple store locations when required
- Collaborate effectively with store personnel to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain regular communication with the Team Lead and promptly report any special requests or needs
- Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Saturday work is required as part of the role. During peak season, employees may also be required to work holidays
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail
- Smartphone required
- Photos must be taken during each store visit and submitted to the Team Lead
- Compensation:
Commensurate with experience
