We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive / Sales Associate to join our client's growing team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales within the cybersecurity and IT services space.
The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in client-facing situations, and experienced in B2B sales environments.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and other prospecting methods
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed on industry trends
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client needs and present tailored cybersecurity solutions
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals with favorable terms
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide responsive customer service and resolve client inquiries promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company services and industry developments
- Track sales performance using CRM and sales analytics tools
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- 1–3 years of experience in IT services, B2B consulting, or SaaS sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools
- Strong relationship-building skills
- High level of professionalism and accountability
- Data-driven and comfortable using analytics to measure performance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
