Air Experts is seeking a Heating & Cooling Service Technician to support advanced biotech and pharmaceutical facilities. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems that safeguard critical labs and production environments. You'll perform diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and precise calibration of controls to meet stringent environmental standards. Working closely with facility and research teams, you'll ensure uptime, safety, and regulatory compliance while documenting all work.

Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems in biotech and pharmaceutical facilities
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance and safety checks on HVAC equipment
  • Diagnose system issues using gauges, meters, and advanced diagnostic tools
  • Calibrate and adjust environmental controls to meet strict lab and cleanroom standards
  • Document work performed, maintain service records, and complete compliance-related reports
  • Collaborate with facility, lab, and engineering teams to support critical environments
  • Respond to emergency service calls to minimize downtime for research operations
  • Follow OSHA, EPA, and industry safety regulations and company SOPs
  • Recommend system upgrades and energy-efficient solutions
  • Train end users on proper system operation and basic troubleshooting
