Roles And Responsibilities

6+ years of experience in Java development
Hands-on Experience with AI coding assistants (Git Hub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar) integrated into daily workflow
Spec-Driven Development (SDD) is Must
Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs
Experience with React / frontend frameworks
Strong SQL knowledge (Microsoft SQL Server / MySQL)
Understanding of Microservices architecture
Experience designing and building RESTful API endpoints
Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture patterns
Experience building APIs that serve analytics consumers - aggregations, filtering, and performant query patterns
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
Good debugging and performance tuning skills
