Client Overview
Our client, well-known in the pharmaceutical industry, is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. This role supports accurate inventory management in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Salary/Hourly Rate
$20/hr
Position Overview
The Inventory Specialist will manage, track, and maintain accurate inventory levels across operations. This is a fully onsite role working Monday through Friday during normal business hours. The Inventory Specialist will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, organization, and coordination across teams.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
- Ensure accurate labeling, storage, and organization of inventory.
- Update inventory management systems and generate inventory reports.
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and sales teams to support inventory needs.
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain roles.
- Experience working with inventory management systems or ERP platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.
- High school diploma required.
