Permanent MD/DO Psychiatrist (Outpatient)

East Chicago, Indiana Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Outpatient Psychiatrist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in East Chicago, Indiana.

This role offers a stable Monday Friday schedule with no inpatient or call duties, allowing for a strong work-life balance within a supportive behavioral health team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning

Treat a wide range of psychiatric conditions in adult patients

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including therapists, nurses, and case managers

Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to ongoing quality improvement efforts

Qualifications:

Board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry Eligible for Indiana medical licensure

Experience or strong interest in outpatient psychiatry

Excellent interpersonal, diagnostic, and organizational skills
