Federal Work-Study Program
The Federal Work-Study Program for this role provides jobs ITCC students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay for expenses related to their education. The program encourages community service work and work related to your course of study. Only current, actively enrolled Ivy Tech students in an Ivy Tech academic course to be considered for this role/position.

Hourly rate: $15.00.
The Federal Work-Study Program provides part-time jobs for undergraduate and graduate students with financial need, allowing them to earn money to help pay for expenses related to their education. The program encourages community service work and work related to your course of study.
Duties:- All positions require employees to deliver first-class customer service.
- Employees must use computer software including Microsoft programs (Excel, Outlook, Word) and department specific software.
- Some positions require employees to perform clerical, computing, filing, and telephone duties.
- Each position will have duties and responsibilities specific to the department.
Up to 20 hours weekly based upon department's need and employee's availability.
Education:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be enrolled in at least six (6) credit hours at the Lake County campus.
- Must have a current Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on file.
- Must be making satisfactory academic progress as determined by the financial aid office.
- Must have financial need as determined by the financial aid office.
Selected candidate for employment will be subject to pre-employment background checks, including criminal history check, and any offer of employment will be contingent upon that outcome.
Only actively enrolled Ivy Tech students will be considered for this role. To ensure consideration, please ensure your cover letter/application contains at least the following items:
- Ivy Tech student C#.
- Ivy Tech email address.
- Ivy Tech student status & credit hours enrolled (e.g. 12/full-time load).
- Confirmation of filing Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and providing Ivy Tech with result.
