* * You will serve as primary technical resource for maintenance of rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, blowers, pumps, and gear systems)
* Support reliability of fixed equipment including heat exchangers, coolers, and cold boxes
* Oversee auxiliary systems such as chillers, cooling towers, and water treatment systems
* Lead predictive maintenance programs (vibration and oil analysis) and ensure timely issue resolution
* Conduct and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate equipment failures
* Identify and resolve chronic reliability issues ("bad actors")
* Develop and execute small capital/expense projects (
