What you will enjoy doing*
- You will serve as primary technical resource for maintenance of rotating equipment (compressors, turbines, blowers, pumps, and gear systems)
- And you will support reliability of fixed equipment including heat exchangers, coolers, and cold boxes
- Oversee auxiliary systems such as chillers, cooling towers, and water treatment systems
- Lead predictive maintenance programs (vibration and oil analysis) and ensure timely issue resolution
- You will conduct and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to eliminate equipment failures and identify and resolve chronic reliability issues (“bad actors”)
- Moreover, you will develop and execute small capital/expense projects (
