Reliability Engineer

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Maintenance and Engineering departments supporting operational excellence and equipment reliability. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

* + Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations on equipment issues, developing corrective actions and monitoring their effectiveness

+ Champion and standardize preventive and predictive maintenance practices across assigned sites to enhance equipment reliability

+ Develop and update maintenance procedures and plans to optimize performance while reducing repair costs

+ Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify and resolve long-term asset reliability risks

+ Analyze diverse data sources to recommend and justify life-cycle cost improvements and reliability enhancements

** What's Needed?*
* + Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering

+ Experience in maintenance or reliability engineering within industrial manufacturing environments

+ Demonstrated expertise in mechanical equipment such as compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, chillers, cooling towers, piping, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

+ Skilled in interpreting Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams and machinery drawings

+ Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies and technologies
