Manpower Group is seeking a Reliability Engineer in East Chicago, IN to join our client’s Reliability Department. The role focuses on asset reliability, lifecycle cost improvements, and proactive maintenance in an industrial manufacturing setting.
The candidate should have at least five years of maintenance or reliability experience, a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, and hands-on familiarity with compressors, heat exchangers, pumps, chillers, and piping systems.
