Job Responsibilities Complete registration in all registration areas in an accurate and timely manner. Obtain patient demographic information and enters into hospital computer system. Identifies patient payment source, patient insurance types with pre-authorization or referral orders. # Education/Experience High School graduate or equivalent. Typing 35wpm Medical Terminology required.
