Magnum Insurance Agency is looking for a Licensed Producer Bilingual Spanish-English Agent for our East Chicago IN location!!!

First year average earnings are around $65K with potential for year-upon-year growth as you build your client base.

Hourly rate starting at $18 - $19 - plus great commissions package.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop positive working relationships with clients
• Explain the differences in policy specifics so clients can make informed decisions about their purchases
• Follow up with clients after initial meetings or conversations
• Approach clients via cold calling and direct mail to inquire about their insurance situations and future needs
• Participate in continuing education programs in both insurance and sales

Qualifications and Skills:

• Insurance Producer License – Property& Casualty
• Motivation for Sales
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Pleasant telephone manner
