As a Registered Nurse at Harbor Health & Rehab, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

• Provide direct patient care to a diverse population of residents, including those with complex medical needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor and report patients  conditions, medication, and treatments to healthcare teams
• Perform various medical procedures, including administering medications and injections
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and effective communication

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana
• (To be completed) years of experience in a long-term care or similar setting
• (To be completed) level of education in nursing
