As an RN Fellow, you will learn the art and science of nursing within the framework of The Powers Health philosophy, goals, and standards of care # all while working alongside experienced nurses who are committed to your growth.

What You#ll Do # Observe and perform nursing care functions under the supervision of licensed nursing staff ## Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge procedures # Measure and document vital signs, height, and weight # Respond promptly to call lights and patient needs # Perform dressing changes, skin, and wound care # Assist with Foley catheter insertion and care (as permitted by scope and training) # Support patient mobility, hygiene, and comfort # Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, highâ€'quality patient care # Participate in learning opportunities, skills development, and unitâ€'based training What We#re Looking For # Current nursing students enrolled in an accredited school of nursing and graduating in 2027 or 2028 # Completion of at least one semester of didactic and clinical coursework # High School diploma or equivalent ## Current CPR certification # Passion for patient care and professional growth ## Strong communication and teamwork skills # Commitment to learning in a fastâ€'paced clinical environment Why Join the RN Fellow Program?
