• Clinical Standards — Maintain high‑quality, evidence‑based ED care
• Team Development — Support onboarding, competencies, and staff growth
• Quality & Safety — Participate in QA, PI initiatives, and regulatory readiness
• Collaboration — Work closely with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary teams

• Prior or current Emergency Department experience
• Charge Nurse experience
• Indiana RN license
• BSN preferred
• Strong assessment, leadership, and communication skills
