Position Summary
UBP is sourcing a temporary local salesperson to assist in daily sales and collections efforts at our Cline Avenue and Houbolt Road assets.
General Duties- 20-30 face-to-face or phone calls per day delivering 1-2 key messages (bridge time & mileage savings, reliability, etc.)
- Executing pre-planned community events.
- Company research to access correct company contacts.
- Collections and sales/business development support.
- Administrative work including data entry, updating market activity, results, and additional local team support.
- Hard working, reliable, punctual, clear communicator, Microsoft Office Suite with solid Excel skills, and ability to engage customers and the community.
- Extroverted, positive individual.
- Self-starter; take-charge attitude.
- Collegial; partnership mentality.
- Unassailable integrity and ethics.
- This position is an on-site position in either East Chicago, IN or Joliet, IL and will support both assets.
- This is a part-time position at a rate of $15 per hour.
