About This RoleThe Employee Connect is sourcing CDL-A drivers with a current Hazmat endorsement for a dedicated local fleet based out of East Chicago, IN. This home-daily position requires a current Hazmat endorsement and offers strong annual compensation. Drivers run consistent local Hazmat routes with no overnight stays and a structured dispatch schedule.
Route Details- Dry van or tanker — Hazmat-endorsed operation
- Touch freight with full hazmat compliance protocols
- Midwest operating area
- Home daily — no overnight stays
- Consistent shift schedule with predictable dispatch times
- $90,000 – $100,000 per year
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- Hazmat-compliant tractor and trailer — all equipment provided
- Automatic transmission
- Valid CDL-A license with current Hazmat endorsement
- Minimum 1 year verifiable driving experience
- Clean MVR and driving record
- Must live within commutable distance of East Chicago, IN
