LPN/RN – Split Shift (7 Days/Week)
Belove It Care, a leading provider of in-home skilled nursing care, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our team. As a split-shift nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to a client requiring consistent daily support and monitoring. We are committed to upholding integrity in every interaction, fostering continuous learning, promoting personal growth, serving with dedication, and providing valuable resources and guidance to those we support.
Schedule- Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Evening Shift: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Blood glucose monitoring
- Insulin administration (with meals)
- Medication administration
- Wound care (as needed)
- Foley catheter care and/or irrigation
- Ongoing client assessment
- Accurate documentation of care provided
- Communication with care team regarding any changes
- Active LPN or RN license (Ohio)
- Experience with wound care and catheter care preferred
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and professionalism
