Manufacturing Intern

What You’ll Do

As a Manufacturing Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience working directly in our state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing environment. You’ll assist in production processes, assembly, and quality checks to help ensure efficient and accurate operations.

The internship offers exposure to equipment operation, workflow optimization, and cross‑functional teamwork with departments such as Quality, Production Planning, and Engineering.

Throughout the internship, you will learn about manufacturing processes, gain experience with operational systems, and contribute to projects that improve production efficiency and quality.

• Currently entering Sophomore year or higher in a related program.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and adhere to PPE guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.

$21–$23 per hour, commensurate with relevant experience and educational background.

The internship will run for 12 weeks from May to August. Temporary, part/full time, targeting 40 hours per week.

This position is based in our manufacturing facility and involves exposure to noise, temperature fluctuations, or other factors. Employees are required to abide by PPE guidelines when onsite. Regular walking, standing, and some sitting for extended periods. May involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds. Ability to operate and work around machinery safely.
