Barnes Group in East Granby is seeking a Planning Manager to develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to optimize inventory and meet customer demand. Responsibilities include converting forecasts into production plans, adjusting schedules as needed, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
The ideal candidate has over 7 years of experience in production planning or scheduling within manufacturing, preferably in aerospace or regulated environments. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management and APICS certification are desirable.
