Maintenance Technician

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of production equipment. The ideal candidate will have proactive problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $30-32/hour

** Shift: 7am-3pm*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including extrusion lines, payoffs, take-ups, ovens, ink jet printers, braiders, hoppers, and pumps

+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize downtime

+ Calibrate critical equipment and measuring devices to maintain accuracy

+ Conduct facility safety checks and inspections

+ Maintain accurate maintenance logs and equipment records

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent

+ Experience in plant or industrial maintenance

+ Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals

+ Hands-on experience repairing mechanical and electrical equipment

+ Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
