Barnes Group in East Granby, CT, is seeking a 1st shift welder to join our manufacturing team. Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm. You will prepare materials for welding, read blueprints and work orders, and set up equipment for various materials.
The ideal candidate has GTAW certification, AWS D17.1, PWA 16, 3–5 years of welding experience, and strong documentation skills. You will inspect welds, maintain a neat workstation, and follow safety guidelines.
