Barnes Group is seeking an experienced CNC machinist for our Connecticut facility. The role focuses on operating 3–5 axis milling/turning machines in a high-precision environment, with a shift running 3:30pm–12:00am and a 15% shift differential for 2nd shift.
Strong math, GD&T, and setup experience are essential. You will work with hard metals like Inconel and Titanium, read complex operation sheets, and coordinate tool setup and loading on fixtures and hoists.
