CDL-A Local Shuttle Driver – Good Pay + $5K Bonus | Home Daily

Earn $70,000 average annual gross pay on a dedicated shuttle route hauling frozen groceries between distribution and relay yards. Enjoy daily home time, no-touch drop-and-hook freight, and a $5,000 bonus

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400
• $5,000 Bonus

• Shuttle frozen groceries in reefer trailers
• Shuttle between Westfield, MA and relay yards in Milford or West Haven, CT
• No-touch, drop-and-hook shuttle freight
• 5-10 shuttles per day; minimum 3 required
• May include store transfers, trailer moves, and local backhauls
• No NYC deliveries
• Store deliveries may involve 2-3 stops and electric pallet jack unloading
• May assist other nearby accounts as needed

• Sunday-Thursday
• Start time: approximately 3:00 PM-4:00 PM
• Average 500 miles per week
• Home daily
• 6th days required around mandatory holiday periods, potentially 3 consecutive weeks
• Drivers work scheduled holidays unless the account is closed
• Thanksgiving and Christmas off;
  New Year's Day not guaranteed

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable CDL-A experience
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical Card
• No SAP drivers
• Reliable personal transportation to and from work daily
• Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and inspect tractor/trailer tires
• Strong safety and customer service skills

• Automatic reefer equipment
• Slip seating required
• Trucks cannot be taken home
• Uniforms provided and maintained by the account
