Good Samaritan Society - Up to $28.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise cooks, ensuring departmental standards and goals are met.;
Prepare, cook, season and portion food for patients, residents, staff, and visitors according to menus and dietary requirements.;
Maintain sanitation and food safety, including labeling and storage of food and equipment; adhere to HACCP.;
Document HACCP steps, temperatures, and outcomes; operate kitchen equipment.;
Communicate effectively with internal customers and work in a fast-paced culinary environment.
