The RN:
Registered Nurse Manager will be responsible for a 40‑bed long‑term care unit within a 168‑bed skilled nursing and rehab center to provide supervision of the day‑to‑day nursing activities. The RN Nurse Manager will develop and maintain the nursing-service objectives, standards of nursing practice, policy and procedures, and coordinate nursing services with other resident service offerings. The RN Nurse Manager will also ensure adequate nurse staffing and delegate assigned duties and responsibilities.

Registered Nurse Manager:
- Current and valid RN License in Rhode Island
- 1 or more year(s) of Nurse Manager experience is preferred
- Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices and procedures; administration of medications and possible side effects; knowledge of federal and state regulations relating to resident care and rights.
