Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service, assisting with product choices and responding to inquiries
• Process transactions and handle cash accurately
• Manage and maintain inventory, including restocking and organizing merchandise
• Ensure the Pro Shop is tidy, attractive, and well-organized at all times
• Assist with scheduling tee times and managing event registrations
• Work collaboratively with other staff to meet the shop's goals and objectives

Required Skills

• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
• Knowledge of golf products and services
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems
